When you submit a tour request, the relevant details (destination, dates, group size, interests, contact email) are shared with approved local operators matched to your request. Operators sign a data-protection agreement with us before joining the network.

We keep tour-request data for 24 months to support operator follow-up and service improvement. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

We use industry-standard security — TLS encryption in transit, Firebase-hosted data at rest, and minimum-access principles for team members.
