These terms govern your use of customizeyourtour.com and any services provided by CustomizeYourTour ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or booking through us, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security, scrape content, or impersonate others.
CustomizeYourTour matches travelers with approved local tour operators. When you confirm a booking, payment is processed through our platform and the operator delivers the service. Your contract for the trip itself is between you and the operator; we facilitate and stand behind the match.
Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the service (hotels, flights, experiences have different rules). Standard policies: full refund up to 45 days before the trip, 50% refund 15–45 days before, no refund within 15 days. Your itinerary confirmation lists the exact terms.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage. We are not responsible for uninsured losses.
Itineraries may change due to weather, local regulations, force majeure, or operator availability. We will notify you promptly and offer equivalent alternatives or a refund of the affected portion.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and operators. Our liability is limited to the platform fee you paid; we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from the operator's services beyond our duty of care in vetting the network.
All content on customizeyourtour.com — text, design, images, itineraries generated through our service — is owned by us or licensed to us. Don't copy it without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then applicable courts.
